A 10-week course for little hearts to know, love, and live their deen.

Alhamdulillah, we're excited to welcome your little ones into a class built just for them — one that makes big ideas about Allah, the Prophet ﷺ, and good character feel simple, and joyful.

What we'll explore:

  • Loving Allah — Who is Allah, and how do His names and qualities show up in our everyday lives?

  • Loving the Prophet ﷺ — What can we learn from his life, and how do we bring those lessons home?

  • Polishing the Heart — What does it mean to practice good character, and how do we build those habits?

Details:

  • 10 sessions, every other week starting Sunday, August 9th

  • Sunday Morning from 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

  • Qahwah House Skokie, Basement

  • Open to kids ages 6 - 9 years old

By the end, your child will be able to:

  • Name qualities of Allah and connect them to their own life

  • Draw lessons from the Prophet's ﷺ life and apply them

  • Identify and practice Islamic values and virtues

Meet the Instructor

Katie Haseeb

Katie is a multidisciplinary educator and artist. Her areas of interest include early childhood education and arts education for both children and adults. She has previously worked as an educator and program coordinator at the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia, as well as a kindergarten and first grade teacher in Chicago. Katie’s approach to education embodies a philosophy rooted in play-based, hands-on, and child-led learning.
